01Agreement to terms
By accessing or using BizFlow by DK Enterprise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
02Use of service
BizFlow by DK Enterprise is software for businesses to send WhatsApp messages to their own customers, and manage replies, through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. BizFlow by DK Enterprise is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
03Recipient consent (opt-in rule)
Critical requirement: You must obtain active, explicit consent (opt-in) from all recipients before adding them to any broadcast list or sending them any WhatsApp campaign.
Sending unsolicited messages (spam) is strictly prohibited. If we receive reports of spam or high block rates, or if you violate WhatsApp's Business Policies, your access to our platform and API keys will be immediately revoked.
04Integration with Meta APIs
You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, either through "Continue with Facebook" or by entering your Cloud API credentials. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays yours, and you must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms. WhatsApp message charges are billed to you directly by Meta and are not part of your BizFlow by DK Enterprise subscription. We do not control Meta's rate limits, server uptime, or account review decisions.
05Subscriptions & billing
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no payment details required. After that, using BizFlow by DK Enterpriseto send campaigns, add contacts or connect numbers requires a paid plan. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the Billing page and exclude GST, which is added where applicable.
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically through Razorpay until you cancel.
- You can cancel renewal at any time on the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails or a plan ends, your account becomes read-only: your data is kept and you can still reply to chats, but sending campaigns is paused until you renew.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
06Intellectual property
All code, brand design, logos, software architectures, templates, and documentation associated with BizFlow by DK Enterprise are the exclusive property of our development team. You may not distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or resell our software source code without prior written consent.
07Disclaimer of warranties & liability
BizFlow by DK Enterprise is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that we will restore banned WhatsApp accounts. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
08Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties (including Meta/WhatsApp).
