Data deletion request

Enter the confirmation code you were given to see the status of your request.

Requesting deletion without a code

From Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business Integrations), find BizFlow by DK Enterprise and remove it. Facebook sends us a deletion request automatically and gives you a confirmation code to check here.

By email: write to contact@dkenterprise.tech with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your account's email address. We delete your account, connected WhatsApp credentials and contact data within 7 days.

In the app: removing a number under Connections deletes its stored access token straight away.
